SOLUTION - PREPARATION OF %10
 

In notr water temprature 70°C add EVERSOFT FL-K slowly part of small portions with mixer.Mixer process
 

 

 (temprature 65-70C)continue up to fully dissolving.Solution can be prepare % 10.
 
STABILITY
 

Good stability to acidic medium.
 
GENERAL PROPERTIES
  Softening agent for all types of fibres.
  Improve raising process.
  Suitable to use with cationic and anionic auxillaries.
  Improve running properties for yarn finishing process.
  Does not cause to stains.
  Good slippery and softening effect.
 
EXHAUST PROCESS
  % 2.0 - 6.0 EVERSOFT FL-K (from prepared % 10 solution) - Temprature: 40 - 50 °C
  Duration : 20 - 30 min. - pH: 5.0 - 5.5
 
FOULARD
  40- 50 g/L EVERSOFT FL-K (from prepared % 10 solution) - pH: 5.0 - 5.5
    Recomended amount may be change depends on fabric enter to pad roll wet or dry,pad roll effect ,speed of fabric on foulard.
 
STRIPPING
 

1 g/l EVERWET HNS - Temprature: 40 - 50°C - Duration: 20 min. - pH: 5.0 - 5.5
 

 

 Before application rezerv tank and dyed textile material can not contains any anionic and alkaline particals.
 
STORAGE STABILITY
 

One year in orginal closed drums.
 

Keep away from moisture.
 
PACKING
 

25 kg paper drums.
